The role involves weigh in and charge the correct refrigerant gas per manufacturer spec; commission the system and set flow temperatures and weather compensation curve; survey the property and calculate heat loss room by room; pull a vacuum on the system with a vacuum pump and micron gauge; mount the outdoor unit on anti-vibration brackets on a solid base. Requirements: • F-Gas Category 1 certification or equivalent refrigerant handling cert • Willing to travel to domestic and small commercial sites Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
