Front desk agent wanted in Lincoln County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a front desk agent in Lincoln County, West Virginia. You will be based in a hostel or budget hotel. Ideal candidate: • Basic knowledge of local attractions, transport and restaurants • Comfortable handling cash, card payments and till reconciliation • Able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays On the job you will handle: • Check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS) • Run the night audit and close the day's accounts on the night shift • Verify ID and payment details against the booking record • Monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows Performance bonus on top of base pay.
