Guest service agent wanted in Lee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a guest service agent in Lee County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset • Right to work and, where required, an ID/background check • Basic knowledge of local attractions, transport and restaurants The role involves: • Check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS) • Verify ID and payment details against the booking record • Provide directions, local recommendations and tourist information • Process late check-outs, upgrades and room changes • Answer incoming calls and route them to the right department • Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and housekeeping status Six days a week, one day off.
