Guest service agent wanted in Johnson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a guest service agent in Johnson County, Illinois. You will work in a resort or holiday hotel. Requirements: • Fluent in the local language plus good spoken English • Right to work and, where required, an ID/background check The role involves run the night audit and close the day's accounts on the night shift; process late check-outs, upgrades and room changes; check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS); handle same-day, online and phone reservations; answer incoming calls and route them to the right department; prepare welcome folders and key cards for arriving guests.
