Guest service agent wanted in Oju

Now hiring: we are hiring a guest service agent in Oju, Benue State. You will work at an airport hotel. Day-to-day duties: • Process late check-outs, upgrades and room changes • Take card payments and process pre-authorisations at check-in • Check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS) • Prepare welcome folders and key cards for arriving guests • Keep the lobby, desk and back office tidy and presentable • Provide directions, local recommendations and tourist information What we are looking for: • Well presented with a professional, welcoming manner • Good telephone manner and clear written communication • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. ₦135,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
